Project Overview
Medical properties require extensive planning to ensure easy access to the main entrance and ample handicap parking areas. Working alongside the tenants and property management team, we phased the repaving of this medical office over 5 days. This included signage inside the building to keep tenants and customers aware of the daily plans and traffic control to direct cars where they needed to go. The client was thrilled with the result, especially since the existing parking surface was over 30 years old and was a safety hazard to cars and pedestrians.
