Repaving the parking field for the second busiest Kroger in the Southeast requires thoughtful phasing and communication. Working with the ownership group and Kroger’s team, we repaved the parking lot alongside busy MARTA routes, in a shopping center accompanied by major tenants including Target and Lowe’s.
