Senior Living Community

This senior living community on James Island doesn’t take shortcuts in resident safety and community aesthetics. We were contacted about repaving a significant portion of their parking areas and roads and repairing numerous areas of curbing and dyed concrete sidewalks. The project spanned over three weeks, beginning by repouring sidewalk and curbs, then returning with a paving crew to complete a 15-day phased mill & pave, emphasizing resident safety and accessibility to their homes and apartments. We are extremely proud of the time investment from so many members of our team to create a long-lasting and beautiful upgrade to this great community.
