Project Overview
ADA compliance is a strong point of emphasis on medical properties. For this medical building in Greensboro, our ADA expertise was a big reason why we were awarded this project. Instead of repaving handicap spaces in asphalt, our concrete crew repoured this area in concrete to ensure long-lasting compliance and precision grade. This was accompanied by repouring new curb and sidewalk and new steps to the entrance of the building. To finish this project off, we completed a repaving project over three nights to ensure the valuable parking spaces were available to customers all day.
