Built in 2016, this apartment community worked with our team to seal & stripe their parking lot for the first time. Without exposed aggregate in the asphalt, sealcoating is a great solution to preserve the life of the pavement and give it a fresh look for residents. If utilized early enough in the life of the pavement, can last 2-4 years before needing to sealcoat again or begin looking at repairs.
