Project Overview
Sealcoating is obviously an aesthetic upgrade to a parking lot, however the maintenance aspect is even more important for sound pavement. Recommended every 2-3 years on a 2-15 year oldparking lot, sealer protects the oils in the existing pavement to give it a longer lifespan. This property had us come just after Labor Day when tourist traffic was a little slower than peak summer months to complete the two-day project.
