At a point, sealcoating no longer makes sense from a maintenance perspective of a parking lot. Later on, patching may even be considered a bad investment if the entire parking lot is cracked and nearing the end of its life. This hotel enlisted our team to replace the entire parking lot in what would be a 4-day project.
