Project Overview
New ownership has transformed this property into a highly-attractive office park. A new fitness center and outdoor pickleball courts, repainted buildings, new landscaping, and of course, refreshed parking areas. Our team focused on the main drive lane and parking area in front of the most visible office building. Severe alligatoring and rutted pavement indicated a soft subgrade, so our team milled the existing pavement, mixed Portland cement with the existing subgrade to create a strong base, followed by paving.
