Project Overview
At the intersection of Hwy 22 and Hwy 17 in Myrtle Beach sits Tanger Outlets. With minimal cracking and remaining pavement integrity, it was decided to edge mill and overlay of the main entrance road and a large section of parking area to ensure the life of the parking lot by an estimated 12-15 years. Edge milling allows for pavement to continue to be flush with the concrete curb and gutter and promote proper drainage throughout the lot. In just four days, our team was able to complete the project, keeping the entrance to the center open the entire time and shoppers unobstructed by construction activity.
