Project Overview
A busy shopping center in Northwest Raleigh boasts a great tenant mix and draws heavy traffic. The anchor tenant, Harris Teeter, requested the project be completed at night. Beginning at 7pm, our team coned off each phase of the parking lot, which was completely repaved and restriped by 7am the next morning. A total of 8 phases, this project restored the lot for Harris Teeter, Jersey Mikes, and multiple local restaurants including a Raleigh favorite – Char-Grill.
