Edison, NJ Milling and Paving Project

In one of our final projects in 2021, we undertook a milling and paving endeavor in Edison, NJ. The asphalt parking lots and roadways showed signs of cracking and pavement deterioration. Our team efficiently milled the top layer of asphalt, addressed base layer repairs, and applied a new top course. To preserve the aesthetic appeal and prolong pavement lifespan, we proposed a pavement maintenance plan for the community. By adhering to this plan, which includes annual crack filling and sealcoating every 2-3 years, the community can enjoy long-lasting pavement without the need for milling and paving for the foreseeable future!

Our team has been dedicated to enhancing the roadways within the Toms River, NJ community. They’re part of our pavement management plan, enabling them to allocate funds for an annual project, rather than paving the entire area in one go. This approach aids their budget and minimizes inconvenience for residents. In our latest and concluding phase, we focused on the main road. Apart from paving the roadway, we collaborated with the manager to redesign the parking layout, resulting in increased parking spaces, including additional parallel parking stalls along the roadway.
