The anchor tenant of this center needed the project completed after hours to minimize customer disruptions – so we showed up at night. We have numerous projects that require our teams to work nights and weekends. This grocery-anchored retail property was no different. Repaving half of the parking lot, this project took four nights total, starting at 10pm and being off the jobsite each morning by 7am.
